Mobile Office 11 retirement plan
We’re excited to have released of Mobile Office Version 12, bringing new features and enhanced functionality to improve your experience. With this release, Mobile Office 11 will enter its retirement phase.
What you need to know
- No More Updates: Mobile Office 11 will no longer receive updates or new features as of January 2025 for the benefit of Mobile Office 12.
- Decommissioning Date: Mobile Office 11 will be completely decommissioned in June 2025.
Action required
- ❗Activate Mobile Office 12 for your Genesys organization: if you haven't done this yet, we strongly recommend to perform the migration steps (2-minutes) which enables your Genesys Cloud organization for the use Mobile Office 12. All billing, contract, permissions and configurations will remain the same.
- Migrate your user base: Users will need to delete their current app and download version 12 (new app). As you can run Mobile Office 11 and 12 in parallel in you organization, you can migrate your user base at your own pace.
