We are excited to release a new version of Mobile Office, our Mobile App for Genesys Cloud available in AppFoundry. This release is a result of feedback and feature requests from our users on top of a relentless focus to provide a stable and reliable experience. So, what’s new?
Main features
Whatsapp integration
You can now handle incoming WhatsApp messages directly via Mobile Office. Exchange texts and pictures while providing your customer a seamless WhatsApp experience.
Match phone numbers with local contacts
Our contact page got a little bit better. You can now match phone numbers in Mobile Office with your local contacts and see their names directly in the app.
Salesforce support
While Genesys is intensifying the partnership with Salesforce, we couldn’t stay behind! We added a new configuration allowing you to attach any Salesforce link to an inbound call. More Salesforce features coming soon.
Canned responses
Using chat via mobile and want to access standard responses? You can now directly access and favoritise your Genesys canned responses via Mobile Office while chatting with your customers.
